Shipping
Orders are shipped UPS Ground or Motor Frieght within the continental US unless stated otherwise. International shipping will be calculated
according to the weight and size of your order. Average shipping time is 8-12 working days - depending upon which state we are shipping to.
Please contact Buckeye Burner LLC proior to orderinf for orders shipped outside the continental US.

Prices are subject to change without notice. All goods will be shipped at prices in effect at time of shipping.
Terms
DOMESTIC: PayPal (Visa, Mastercard, Discover & American Express via PayPal) or Prepayment (Money Order or Certified Check Only). No CODs.
FOREIGN EXPORT: PayPal, Western Union or Wire Transfers*. Sorry, No CODs. Export orders over $500.00 require an export license.

Back Orders
Any item that is out of stock will be backordered for shipment when product is available, unless stated otherwise.
All items are subject to availability and prior sale.
Returns
No unauthorized returns. Contact us for a return material authorization number (RMA#). Returns without RMA# written boldly on outside of box will be refused!
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
Buckeye Burner LLC. Stands behind all of our products. Please e-mail for an RMA# provide a brief discription of the defect.
RETURNS FOR CREDIT
Merchandise returned for credit will not be accepted without an RMA#. Credits/refunds will be issued for items with
RMA#'s returned within 30 days from receipt. A restocking fee of 15% may be charged for returned items.
We can not accept any returns of items after 30 days of receipt.
No refunds will be given for shipping.
